Full Description:
'Before and after' shots of Leather Bottle Hill and cottages. The earlier black & white photograph was used in a 1987 Stock Village calendar and the later colour picture was taken by Colin Tant. The caption reads: "An annual fair was held here until rowdy behaviour forced its closure in the 1870's".
The photographs, 20cm x 12cm and 15cm x 11cm respectively, are in good condition mounted one above the other in laminated form.
